Meet more 4-H Youth Competing at the FIRST EVER AKC National Junior Obedience & Agility Events!
The AKC Canine PartnersSM program is proud of its work with 4-H groups around the country. The program has enabled many juniors to enroll ALL their dogs with the AKC Canine Partners program at a discount or at no charge so they can participate in AKC events. Many of these 4-H juniors are excitedly preparing for the inaugural AKC National Junior Obedience Competition and AKC Junior Agility Competition taking place Dec. 17 at the Orange County Convention Center in Orlando, FL. These events are being held in conjunction with the 2011 AKC National Obedience Invitational and AKC Agility Invitational. Whereas the nation's top conformation junior handlers have competed at the AKC/Eukanuba National Championship since it began, there has never been a separate competition for the juniors who compete in the Companion Events until this year.
